What's behind it?

SpeakUp is a whistleblowing system that enables employees and external partners to confidentially report concerns or tips regarding possible misconduct or ethical violations. These reports serve as an initial point of reference for the detection and investigation of misconduct within the organisation.

SpeakUp is aimed at all members of the Gebhardt Group, regardless of their position or department. It encourages them to actively participate in maintaining an ethical corporate culture by reporting potential problems or misconduct.

Internal & External

The internal whistleblower system SpeakUp is used to implement the Whistleblower Protection Act and is open to all employees and external parties to submit reports in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Protection

The Whistleblower Protection Act provides comprehensive protection against discrimination and reprisals for all persons who report unlawful acts in connection with the business activities of their employer/employing organisation.

What is the whistleblower system for?

The SpeakUp whistleblower system is used in particular to report cases of:

  • Bribery, corruption and money laundering
  • Unfair competition
  • Occupational health and safety
  • Product safety and product conformity
  • Discrimination and harassment, sexualised and interpersonal violence
  • Assault and battery
  • Theft and damage to property
  • Environmental protection
  • data protection

in connection with the workplace.

Submit a report quickly & securely

The protection of whistleblowers is crucial to ensure that people feel safe when reporting misconduct or wrongdoing. The aim is to create an environment in which employees or external parties can report easily and without fear of reprisals.

This means that the identity of the whistleblower and all details associated with the report are treated confidentially and can only be viewed by authorised persons.

Step 1

The digital whistleblower system can be accessed at speakupgsgroup.integrityline.com.

Step 2

A notification is submitted via the "Submit a notification" tile.

Step 3

Submissions can be made anonymously by ticking the "Remain anonymous" box or by providing contact details (name).

Step 4

The message is sent by clicking the "Next" button.

Step 5

A verbal report can be made using voice recording (microphone symbol). The recording is converted to text, is not saved and can only be called up in the system in text form.

Step 6

Files or photos can be uploaded using the button.

Step 7

The whistleblower can set up a secure mailbox to receive information about their report.
